Mrs. Mashuda of Milwaukee gave a donation to build the Shrine. Construction on the facsimile of the La Salette apparition was begun in 1979 . Shrine was completed in 1980. shrine of reconciliation
  The Shrine has been transformed over the years; the farm buildings now serve as the chapel, religious publication office, meeting and dinning hall and other buildings which house support services for the Shrine. This is the early aerial view of the Shrine grounds.



Shrine outdoor shrine

In 1980, the Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette was completed and was dedicated by Bishop Richard Sklba. The outdoor Shrine is a replica of the site of the apparition in France and has seating for outdoor liturgies.

O.L. of Guadalupe Young, Old or Ethnic groups are encouraged to reserve a day for a group pilgrimage or for a day of recollection.

Welcome to La Salette chapel
One of the first iron statues cast in France representing Our Lady of La Salette as she appeared to the visionaries of La Salette.

The Shrine Chapel has seating capacity of 120 people.

The meeting and dinning hall can seat 150 people. Attached to the hall is the shrine kitchen.

The Shrine gift shop was opened during winter of 1997.     Shrine is open all year but please check the Gift Shop schedule.
